Attention All AT&T Wireless Customers

For those AT&T customers who are on the unlimited AT&T Customers Nation Unlimited Calling Plan of $99.99/ month, it is now $69.99. I so happened to call AT&T on another matter and saw that the rate had dropped $30 a month. When I inquired about the rate change, the customer service representative told me that it was just released on 1/18/10. I then asked her if all the customers would automatically see the savings on their account and was told that unless the customer called in to get the rate reduction, they would still be charged $99.99 a month. ??????? So I am passing this information on to every AT&T customer I know.

Time Is Running Out For The First Time Homebuyer Credit

The tax credit is available for purchases before May 1, 2010. Prospective purchasers with binding contracts in place as of April 30, 2010 will be allowed an additional 60 days to complete the transaction.
The tax credit remains at $8,000 for first-time purchasers. No change to definition of first-time purchaser.
There is a new $6,500 tax credit for repeat buyers. Repeat buyers must have lived in their homes consecutively for 5 of the previous 8 years.
Income limits are expanded to $125,000 on a single return and $225,000 on a joint return. Current law $20,000 phase-out retained.

Sopranos Pizza

When I first saw that there was going to be another pizza place in Stewartstown, not to mention the fourth one to go into that shopping center, I was a little apprehensive. However, we've ordered twice now and I must say their wings are delicious. We've ordered twice now. First time we ordered a lasagna dinner and wings for delivery. The lasagna was okay, but the wings were delicious. Delivery time was suppose to be 30 minutes, but instead was 50 mins. The second was a carry out order of wings and a Amore White Pizza. Again the wings were delicious; however, we found the pizza to be dry and the toppings sparse. The prices are reasonable and we will be ordering again. Good luck to Sopranos Pizza! We look forward to our next order of wings.

Yesterday I attended a very inspiring and uplifting seminar in Lutherville at the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, presented by Bob Kimball. The information I walked away with after that meeting was invaluable as a Buyer's Agent. It reminded me of why I decided to become a Realtor®

I decided to become a Realtor®back in 2006 because I wanted to be the best agent I could be to my clients. It is all about them, not about a commission check. I feel if you go in with that mindset and remember "The Golden Rule", and always putting your clients best interests first, then you will be successful in this field. It's not always about making the money, it's about the feeling you get when at the end of the day, your client turns to you and says, "Thank you for all you've done".
